Pastry Pie – The Mexican way

Serves 6


  • 2 Burake Sheets
  • 2 medium mozzarella cheese cubes
  • ½ cup Red beans (drained from water)
  • ½ cup Sweet corns (drained from water)
  • 1 pepper cut in small cubes
  • ½ cup sliced black olive
  • 1 stirred egg
  • ¼ cup oil

Cooking Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (approx. 400 F).
  • Mix the beans, Sweet Corn, Red Pepper and black olive in bowel.
  • In a baking pan, lay down 1 Burake Sheet and then put the mix and evenly spread it. Next put the mozzarella cheese cubes. Approximately 6 cubes.
  • Next, cover everything with the 2nd Burake sheet. Press with your palm to close both sheets from the edges. Brush the top service with Oil and stirred Egg.
  • Brake in the oven for 25-30 min till it turns into golden or brownish color.
