Grilled Fish with Green Bean Sauce and Lemon

Serving Size: Serves up to 4 people


  • 1 kg of Salmon or Hamour Fillet cut into 4 slices.
  • 1 bag of Sunbulah Green Beans
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 2 spoons of lemon juice
  • Medium sized onion — smoothly minced
  • 3 garlic cloves — pureed
  • 1 lemon chopped into thin slices
  • ¼ g of cooking cream
  • 60 g of butter
  • 20 g of oregano leaves
  • 2 celery stems — smoothly minced
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 2White pepper
  • Salt according to preference

Marinating and cooking the Fish:

  • Place the chopped fillet of fish into a bowl. Then pour lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, white pepper and salt over the fillet.
  • Place the marinated fillet of fish on a hot stove and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Then place the fillet in a cooking platter and poor a little oil over the top. Finally, place the platter of fish in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes until it simmers.

Preparing the Green Bean Sauce:

  • Pour the green beans into a pot along with 2 cups of boiling water and allow it to boil for 15 minutes. Then blend the green beans in a blender and keep aside in a platter.
  • Take a pan over a stove and pour in the olive oil, minced onions, celery and spices. Stir together until the mixture reaches a golden color.
  • Then add the blended green beans and stir for 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, poor in the oregano, cooking cream and salt. Then stir until the mix holds together.


  • First pour the sauce on a serving platter and then place the fish in the center. Finally, decorate the dish with lemon slices.
